Excove Builders is based in Crockett. Most of our work is within a short drive — the older suburban neighbourhoods around Rodeo, Hercules and Pinole where the original 1970s kitchens, bathrooms and water heaters are all coming due at once.

It depends on the size of the room, the condition of what is behind the walls, and the finishes you choose. We do not quote firm numbers over the phone or through a form — we walk the space first, then give you a written, line-itemed estimate.

Yes. Excove Builders holds California CSLB #1123274, a Class B general building contractor licence, and carries insurance. You can verify the licence on the CSLB website.
